V 0.4 - MASSIVE Update!

Well, after much time spent messing around with it, I have a BIG update for this game!

-Big Update: Overhaul for the UI, can now click on character images to get large image
-Update: Made the settings menu save settings between sessions
-Update: Made it so the space bar can act as an equivalent for the 'Next' button
-Update: Adjusted game rules so each player can only raise up to 3 times
-Update: Cheatmode can now effect NPC's I.Q. and cash as well
-New Character: Kakae
-New Character: Mira
-New Character: Jenson (Art done by 'SluttyAnimals')
-Bug fix: Newer characters gallery images not being saved properly
-Bug fix: 'Next' button no longer needs to be clicked twice to start the next round
